Black Ice Clownfish

The Black Ice Clownfish that are bred in captivity are a result of breeding a Black Ocellaris and a Snowflake. The goal of this breeding was to produce a Black Ocellaris with Snowflake patterns, and the first generation has yellow-orange coloration similar to that of a normal Snowflake, but with highly intense black markings around the white bars. This fish is a member of the Pomacentridae family and can be a great addition to any saltwater aquarium system due to its beauty. Compared to wild-harvested fish, captive-bred fish like the Black Ice Clownfish are hardier and more adaptable to home aquarium conditions, making them an ideal choice for both beginners and experienced aquarists. They are reef safe.
