Black striped cardinal

The Striped Cardinalfish displays a silver hue accentuated by distinct dark stripes running horizontally along its body. Its swimming style is unhurried and systematic, thus an aquarium with a capacity of at least 30 gallons and equipped with a cave and other tranquil tank mates is recommended. If the conditions are optimal, a mated couple can be accommodated, and they may even spawn. To ensure its nutritional needs are met, a varied diet consisting of meaty edibles such as feeder shrimp, marine flesh, flake foods, pellet foods, bloodworms, and live feeder fish (if the fish is of an appropriate size) should be provided.
