Clown Tang Small/medium
The Clown Tang, also called the Clown Surgeonfish, Lined Surgeonfish, or Blue-banded Surgeonfish, boasts horizontal blue stripes over a bright yellow to orange backdrop. In addition, it has sizable spines on its peduncle. To provide sufficient swimming space, a larger aquarium is necessary. The water must be clean and well-oxygenated. The Clown Tang is hostile towards other Tangs, Surgeonfish, and fish that have similar body shapes or feeding habits. While Tangs can consume meaty foods with other fish in the tank, it’s crucial to offer them an ample amount of marine-based seaweed and algae. This helps to boost their immune system, reduce aggression, and enhance their overall health. To do this, you can tie dried seaweed to a rock or use a veggie clip, and feed them at least thrice a week. Sea Veggies, Seaweed Salad, and Ocean Nutrition are all fantastic products and are effortless to use.
