Molly Miller Blenny
The Combtooth Blenny, also known as the Molly Miller Blenny, is originally from the Caribbean Ocean. It has a mottled tan, white, and black coloration that covers both its body and fins. The head of this fish is adorned with short hair-like appendages and it boasts two large eyes. To keep a Combtooth Blenny happy and healthy, a well-established aquarium of at least 30 gallons with multiple hiding places and plenty of live rock is necessary. This live rock provides both a source of food, as the fish hunts and feeds on small crustaceans and algae, and a place to hide. Typically, the Combtooth Blenny is not an aggressive fish unless it perceives its tank mates to have a similar shape. A suitable diet for this fish includes finely chopped crustacean flesh, vitamin-enriched frozen brine and mysis shrimp, as well as dried seaweed if there is insufficient algae present in the aquarium.
